HO HO HO!!!

Santa made time out of his busy schedule to come and hang out with the kids in Dilworth. The kids got to go and sit on his lap and chat a bit, however we had some that didn't think to much of this, even though they received a pretty cool bag of candy and a stuffed animal. This was held at the fire hall in Dilworth and they had it all decorated up with Christmas Decorations. The kids also got to go and check out the fire trucks.

Here's Danika. Clearly, Tavan is following in her footsteps. Poor Santa, I wonder if he had bruises after today! We are probably mean parents, making our kids go through such awful torture during this time of year. At least Danika is smart enough to figure out who the real source of the gifts is. Whenever we tell her that she will need to 'ask Santa' for something she wants, she just says "NO, I'll go ask Grandma!!!"

Halloween went so fast. Here are pics of the kiddos. I missed Jake as he ditched us for friends and then had a sleepover. But that is what happens. He was a Twins Baseball player, so you can pretty much imagine what he looked like. Danika, Tavan and Eli were all characters from one of D's favorite movies "The Little Mermaid". Danika was Ariel as the bride, Tavan was Flounder the fish and Eli was Sabastian the crab. Ryan was Darth Vader. They all looked great and had a fun time trick or treating and got lots of candy for Dad to eat!

Birthday Madness!

Well, October starts off with Jake's birthday on the 19th. We celebrated this on the 17th of October. Him and his friends went to Courts Plus fitness center to begin. We rented a gym for them to go and play games. Then they came back to our house for cake, presents and a sleepover. He had a football themed party. Here in the picture is the Dilworth Rebels stadium and little footballs. The picture is Jake, Ryan (in the red) his friends and his two little Sisters Danika(wearing pink) and Abigail Johnson.

Next, we have Tavan and Eli's birthday on the 22nd. They turned 1. This was a very difficult time for Miranda. Her babies are 1. It is very difficult to figure out where the past year has gone. Since, Danika's birthday is on the 26th. we celebrated a combo birthday party with the three of them. Danika is now 3 years old going on 16. WOW! She is an amazing person. As you see Giraffe also celebrates with her. Here are the three of them with their Cakes. We did Giant cupcakes for the twins and Danika being a huge Dora fan had Dora's Backpack. (Thanks to Oma for the beautiful decorating help)

The Birthday Madness Begins.

Ryan turned 8 on Sept. 29th. He celebrated his birthday with friends and a sleepover. The theme for his party was "Kung-fu Panda".

Happy 4th of July!

Here we are at the Annual Sheyenne 4th of July parade. Danika and Grandma are waiting patiently for the parade to start so she can start the candy collection. Below are Miranda's cousin's kiddos Kameryn (8, top) and Raleigh (2, bottom) also waiting anxiously for the parade

	Tavan is waiting for the parade here, but we are not sure if he will stay awake long enough to see it. Above are our adorable Eli (to the left), Danika and Tavan.
Eli is enjoying the outdoors playing with some toys.	While waiting for the Stone pit BBQ to be ready, I was able to snap a photograph of all the little ones. Aren't they absolutely adorable?? All looking at the camera!
Eli is chilling out here, just enjoying the sunshine. He is working the use of his stroller real well here!

Ryan loves to play dress up and this evening he and Jake decided they wanted their pictures taken. How cute are they?
	Here is Eli playing in the bath. He loves to kick and play in the water, splashing with his toys. Below Tavan in sitting nice
and proper in his bath seat, playing with the foam letters. He too loves to splash in the tub. This is one of the few times that Danika did NOT join them for the first 5 mins, as she normally does.

Red River Valley Fair Kids Day

We had a fun time at the Red River Valley Fair this year. Ryan was a fan of Froggy so he took a picture with him.
Danika was SO excited to see Dora and Boots she could barely contain herself. She was actually really excited, even though her face didn't show it too well in this picture.
Thanks to Tricia who came along to help steer the troops in the right direction. I don't know how we could have went without her!! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!! We Love you!
Eli enjoyed the fair also...however he didn't get out of the stroller a whole lot.
Tavan had so much fun he could barely stay awake... he was just basking in the sun!

Danika's Second Haircut!

Grandma braved it and tried to cut Danika's hair. This was only her 2nd haircut/trim. She sat very still and was good for Grandma. As you can see, it turned out beautifuly! We will have to see if Grandma is up for cut number 3 here!

KidFest

KidFest is day for the kids to go and everything is basically free. It is normally held outdoors at Island Park, but due to rain they held it inside the Civic Center. Let me tell you it was not easy moving around.	They have all activites focused on kids and the kids had fun anyway. They got on the train ride and did some Games to Go!

So, it rained a lot outside and the kids along with the neighbor kids found the mud puddle. So, they all got pretty dirty and had a lot of fun!

Redhawks Game 5/25/08

Here we are! The twins went to their very first baseball game at the FM Redhawks. We were there celebrating a birthday for Alex. Happy 9th Birthday Alex! Here are pictures of the event. Eli is with Mommy and Tavan was with Daddy. The other pictures are of Alex and her dad, Todd. Kristi, Jason and his daughter McKenna. Rob is hiding in the background on a picture also. We had a very good time, and we made it through the 7th inning of the game, which started about 1 hour late due to the Redhawks finishing thier game from the previous night. The kids did so well that we may even consider attempting a ballgame again sometime.

Another Tooth!

Well, all the drowling paid up to somthing. The twins both got a new tooth today and it is the SAME one!!! How crazy is that? Same tooth, same day. The got their first tooth on the top. Not sure if it is an eye tooth or the one next to it on their left side. How crazy is that? Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend!
